About
Donegal roots. London finance focus.
I'm from Donegal, Ireland, and I'm completing an MSc in Finance at Queen's University Belfast with a Distinction-track average. As CFO of the Queen's Student Managed Fund, I run a £100k+ live equity portfolio — the largest student-managed fund in Northern Ireland — managing 115+ analysts and leading our equity research and investor reporting.
Before finance, I studied Sports and Exercise Sciences (First Class Honours, Ulster University) and pivoted through self-directed study, earning FMVA and Bloomberg certifications and building equity research work samples from scratch. I'm relocating to London in September 2026 and targeting M&A advisory roles.
Outside of work: I captained Gaelic football teams with county championship wins, completed the Erkner Ironman 70.3, and I'm a native Irish speaker.
